More About Me

Welcome to our Website

Jerry and Beverly are native to the area. Both of them were born in the area and have lived here all of their lives.  You will find them very goal oriented. They will get your home sold or find the right buyer and see it through to closing.  If you are a buyer, they are very knowledgeable about the area along with financing options and come from years of experience in looking at homes and matching them to the right buyers.

Personal Background

"We have been married since 1972 and have 3 married children and have been blessed with 13 grandchildren as of today." says Beverly. " We met in church as teenagers and still attend the same church-Borculo CRC where we are active in the church life and family.  We are also organizers of the Dandelion Festival the first Saturday of May. Professional Background

Beverly has been in the real estate profession since 1989 and Jerry joined her 6 years later.  Since then they have been taking classes and obtaining the necessary designations that are needed to meet the changing times and are required to help them meet the needs of their clients.

Professional Interests

Both Jer and Bev enjoy the first time buyer and the excitement that is felt when they close on their first home. It is like doing a puzzle-- all pieces must fit together properly.  Thinking " out of the box " keeps them always looking for the new edge for buyers but also for their listings. They enjoy the challenges of selling a home on the lake as well as one in foreclosure or a short sale.

Assessment notices

ask about the assessment notice that will be mailed to you in Feb. each year. Beverly will help you understand it and show you what you need to watch for each year as well as talk to you about the Board of Review process.
